Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the Aastera group collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal information of those who interact with our websites and channels. By using our services or sending us data through our forms, you agree to the practices described here.
- 01
Who is responsible
Personal data collected through aastera.com, tech.aastera.com, and publishing.aastera.com are processed by AN Tecnologia LTDA, registered under CNPJ No. 44.488.331/0001-98, based in Passo Fundo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. For any question related to this Policy or to the processing of your data, please write to contact@aastera.com.
- 02
Data we collect
Our sites collect only what is strictly necessary. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, e-mail, subject (optional), message, and session language. Our servers also automatically log IP address, browser identifier, date, and time of access, for security and operational purposes. We do not use our own tracking or advertising cookies.
- 03
Why we use your data
We use the collected data to respond to your contact, conduct commercial or collaborative conversations initiated by you, ensure the security and proper functioning of our services, and produce aggregated analytical reports — which do not identify individuals.
- 04
Legal basis for processing
We process personal data based on the consent expressed by you when submitting the contact form (art. 7, item I of the Brazilian LGPD) and on legitimate interest for the maintenance of operational and security logs (art. 7, item IX of the LGPD).
- 05
With whom we share
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share information only with providers essential to the operation of the sites: e-mail provider for delivering messages originated from the contact form, our own hosting server, and encrypted backup provider. When required by law or by competent authority, we may disclose data strictly under applicable legislation.
- 06
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are stored for up to 24 months, or until you request their deletion. Operational and security logs are retained for up to 90 days. Data may be kept for a longer period when required by legal or regulatory obligation.
- 07
Your rights
As a data subject, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) guarantees you the following rights: confirmation of the existence of processing; access to the data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; portability; information about sharing; information about the possibility of not consenting; and revocation of consent. To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@aastera.com.
- 08
Cookies and external resources
We do not use our own tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Our sites load typographic fonts hosted by Google (Google Fonts) — that request may be subject to Google's privacy policy.
- 09
How we protect your data
We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), profile-based access restrictions, and security monitoring. No system is absolutely secure; in the event of an incident that may pose risk to data subjects, we will notify those affected and the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD) under the terms of the law.
